Important Week at the Club — We Need Your Help

Two big events this week — a great chance to get involved and make a real difference.

Club AGM – Thursday 3 July
Time: 7:15pm for 7:45pm start
Location: Club Pavilion, Brendon Grove

All members (new and old) are welcome. Hear updates, share ideas, and help shape the club’s future.
Buffet and bar offers available.

DIY Weekend – Saturday 5 & Sunday 6 July
Saturday: Start 8am (break at 10:45am for Lions on the big screen), more work in the afternoon
Sunday: From 10am – help finish the jobs

Come when you can — all help is appreciated.

DIY Weekend – Jobs on the List

• Clear and sort both storage containers
• Clean and tidy changing room exit; create flag pole storage
• Reset loose slabs on the patio
• Weed and lay new slabs at the fire exit
• Weed around door frames and wood chip area
• Prune tree branches overhanging fencing
• Clean all exterior UPVC and windows
• Clear out changing rooms and showers; identify items to discard
• Clean, clear out, and tidy the referees’ room
• Kitchen: clear out, deep clean, and create new storage
• Bar: clear out and deep clean
• Clubroom: repaint bar, add notice board, replace pictures
• Pitch drainage work; refill sunken areas
• Loft: remove unwanted items, organise what's staying

What to Bring:
Wheelbarrows, spades, drills, buckets, sponges — and team spirit!

Food & drinks provided all weekend.
