Lockdown fitness: What you can do

When it comes to exercise, this second lockdown is not as restrictive as the one in March.

The new national restrictions until 2 December make it clear that exercise outdoors is not limited.

You can exercise or visit a public outdoor space:

  1. by yourself
  2. with the people you live with
  3. with your support bubble
  4. or, when on your own, 1 person from another household

So you can keep yourself in condition for when sport returns to normal, click on the attached link, there's something for everyone!
