Social Touch Rugby – Now on Thursdays!

Starting Thursday 10th July, your favourite social touch rugby is moving to a new day – but keeping everything else you love:

• Same friendly and inclusive atmosphere
• Same fun, fitness and laughs
• Same time and place
• Just now on Thursdays for the rest of the summer!

Open to everyone aged 14+, all abilities welcome – men, women, complete beginners or seasoned players. Whether you're in it for a workout, some social fun, or both, this is fitness at its most fun.

No contact, no pressure – just a great time with great people.
Come solo or bring your mates – the more the merrier!
