At our AGM we shared that John Gilles is stepping down as Club President due to ill health. John becomes an Honorary Member and has already promised to stay fighting fit and cheering from the touchline. Thank you, John, for everything you’ve given to the club.

We’re delighted to confirm Aivars Birznieks as our new President. Aivars is a past player, long‑standing Bingham Old Boy, and proud supporter of the club. He’s represented the 1st XV, watched his son Andrew rise through Bingham before heading to New Zealand, and now cheers on his step‑granddaughter in Little Ruggers. We wish him every success.

Registration

From 1 July, players & parents will begin to receive RFU emails to confirm GMS registration for 2026–27. Please complete Registration & Membership together so we can focus fully on rugby when we return to training & playing.

Member Benefits

Our new till system is live — paid‑up members receive 10% off drinks and snacks.

Club DIY Day – Sat 4 July, from 10am

Join us to get the clubhouse, equipment and grounds looking sharp.

Bring wheelbarrows, spades, buckets, drills, screwdrivers — and plenty of team spirit.

A job list will be shared with Glen Lever beforehand, and we’ll keep everyone fed and watered.

We aim to finish in time to watch South Africa v England on the big screen (KO 4:40 pm).
