We train on a Wednesday night from 6:30-7:30pm at the Rugby Club in Brendon Grove, Bingham sports Pavilion, NG13 8TN.

Ages 6-12. Just turn up and give it a go!

Bingham RFU have recognised that Girls want to train together so have set up a dedicated training session just for girls which was established in September 2024.

We believe that all girls should have the chance to play this wonderful sport. We learn the fundamentals of Rugby with the emphasis on FUN.

Going into 25/26 we are also looking to start playing matches with other teams
